Go Sit In The Corner!

Sometimes men are really good at sticking their foot in their mouths.  My boyfriend has been sticking his foot in his mouth all day.  At this point he either really enjoys the taste of his shoes or he's a glutton for punishment.  Obviously I'm a little mad at him.

The tot has noticed I'm mad at Kenny.  We just had the following conversation:

I:  Are you mad at Daddy?
Me: Yes. (I don't believe in lying to kids. She knows I'm mad.)
I: Are you going to put him in the corner?



She also says when she's bad she has to go in the corner and Daddy should be careful or he's going to end up in the corner.  I don't know about you, but I find this whole exchange hysterically funny. 

Wouldn't it be nice if we could send grown ups to the corner for misbehavior?  How many times have you been in a public place when some adult you don't know starts acting like a moron?  How great would it be if you could point at the corner and say, "No!  Go sit in the corner dumbass!"  I mean you can certainly call an adult a dumbass lol, though I wouldn't recommend it....and we've all wanted to at some point or another. 

Anyway, today I'm wishing I could stick my boyfriend in the corner for bad behavior.  LOL.
